Refund policy

Due to the nature of consumable hemp products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cloudpacksociety.info@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

Eligible approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Cloud Pack Society reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
